Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required before project initiation unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, freelancing platforms like fiverr, Upwork. Any payment method that works best in your location

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or as per milestones specified in the agreement.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables of your project.

  • We retain the right to use the completed project for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

  • Any materials, designs, or content provided by you must be owned by you or licensed for use.

Revisions and Edits

  • We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in the Service Agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply based on the work completed.

  • Cancellation by Agency:

    • We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-compliance with these Terms or failure to meet payment obligations.

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Website Hosting and Maintenance

  • We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers.

  • Ongoing maintenance and updates are available as a separate service.

Limitations of Liability

Tofblom Digital Agency is not liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or website.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant service.
